3D-Journey to the Center of the Earth

Journey to the Center of the Earth is first live-action feature film to be shot and released entirely in digital 3D. The cast is lead by Brendan Fraser (as Prof. Trevor Anderson), Josh Hutcherson (as Sean Anderson) and Anita Briem (as Hannah Ásgeirsson).

The Story
No one believes that Trevor Anderson is on to something. The science professor’s unconventional hypotheses have put him on the fringe of the academic community. But during an expedition in Iceland, Trevor and his teenage nephew, Seam, accompanied by their beautiful local guide, Hannah, make a breakthrough discovery that launches them on a thrilling adventure into the unknown. As their journey takes them deep beneath the Earth’s surface, they travel thorough never-before-seen-worlds that bring them face-to-face with surreal and unimaginable creatures, stretching the bounds of the visionary scientist’s own imagination.

Personal Comment
From the movie, you can see how advance the current technology of animation is. The scenes appear in the movie are very nice. The selling point of this movie is the 3D technology. Without 3D effect, I don't see anything can attract the audience.

Movie Rating: 5 / 10
